Can I really use planSync free forever?
Yes. The free tier isn’t a trial — capture, up to five parallel timers, up to five projects, focus mode and the full-screen alarm stay free with no time limit. Pro only lifts the caps and adds cross-device sync.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing disappears. Your tasks and timers live on your device and stay fully exportable — you just drop back to the free caps and cloud sync pauses until you upgrade again.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
Yes — one payment, and you keep every Pro feature for good, including the Pro features we add later. No subscription, no renewal.
Will the price change after the beta?
Possibly. These are beta prices and may go up before the open release. Joining the waitlist locks in the offer you signed up under.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases go through Apple, Google or Stripe, so their standard refund policies apply. Reach out and we’ll help you sort it out through the right store.
